What started as a passion for nails has grown into a dream of building a luxury beauty brand that reflects who I am and what I love most—helping people feel their best. I specialize in The French Touch, creating timeless and elegant nail designs with careful attention to detail and a luxury experience that reflects my commitment to quality. As I continue my cosmetology journey, I’m excited to expand my skills and offer additional services such as hair, skincare, waxing, and more. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY Thank you for choosing Kopper Luxe Studio. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking. BOOKING DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. CANCELLATIONS Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit before booking future appointments. NO-SHOWS Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a no-show fee before booking again. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may forfeit their deposit. This helps ensure all clients receive the full luxury experience they deserve. GUEST POLICY To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, only clients receiving services are permitted unless prior arrangements have been made. REPAIRS If you experience lifting, chipping, or breakage due to application issues, please contact me within 3 days of your appointment. Repairs requested after 3 days will be subject to standard repair fees. REFUNDS Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered. However, client satisfaction is important, and any concerns should be communicated within 48 hours of service.
